1. Acceptance

By using Kinlog, you agree to these terms. Kinlog is an organizer for family care information. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

2. Use of the service

You may use Kinlog only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add. Do not share your account credentials. You may invite family members as allowed by your plan.

When you add information about a parent or relative, you confirm you are entitled to store and share that information. Some care details may be health-related. Kinlog is an organizer, not a healthcare provider.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use subprocessors (including optional analytics), and your rights. By using Kinlog you also acknowledge that policy.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase (e.g. monthly or yearly). Refunds are handled by the platform through which you subscribed (App Store or Google Play).

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not in the Kinlog app.

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Kinlog → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Kinlog → Cancel subscription.

Or open Kinlog, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. That opens the right place in the App Store or Play Store to cancel or change your plan.

5. Limitation of liability

Kinlog is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information stored in Kinlog. Kinlog does not replace medical or legal advice.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date. Continued use of Kinlog after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
