Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan covers one parent's everyday care with no card and no time limit. Pro costs £5.99 a month or £49.99 a year, with the first week of the yearly plan free. It adds up to 7 family members, more than one parent, Ask Kinlog, calendar sync and PDF care packs, and you can cancel anytime. The App Store or Google Play shows the price where you live.

Can I share it with my brother or sister?

Yes. The free plan includes you plus one co-caregiver. Kinlog Pro lets you invite up to seven family members, so everyone sees the same picture without another group chat.

What is Ask Kinlog?

A way to ask questions about your family's record, like "when is Dad's next blood test?", and get a short answer with where it came from. It can also add an appointment or update a detail once you confirm. It doesn't give medical advice. The free plan includes 5 questions a month, and Pro includes it whenever you need it.

What happens if I stop paying for Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Your first parent stays as it was; any other parent profiles are set aside until you upgrade again. Documents over the free limit stay viewable, you just can't add new ones, and your calendar link stops showing new appointments.

Can I get our information out of Kinlog?

Yes. Everyone can print a one-page emergency sheet. Pro adds a care summary, a doctor visit pack and a caring hours record as PDFs, and you can request a copy of your data anytime under GDPR.
