Is Kinlog a medical app?
No. Kinlog is a family organizer for everyday care: medications, appointments, documents, and who's doing what. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace doctors, hospitals, or official medical records.
Does my parent need to use the app?
No, and many parents never do. You can organize everything yourself. If your parent would like a simple view of their day, they can open a stripped-back parent view with a magic link, with no password to remember.
Can I share it with my brother or sister?
Yes. The free plan includes you plus one co-caregiver. Kinlog Pro lets you invite up to seven family members, so everyone sees the same picture without another group chat.
Is our family's information private?
Yes. Your family's information is visible only to the people you invite. There are no ads, we never sell data, and Kinlog is built to UK and EU (GDPR) privacy standards.
How much does it cost?
Kinlog is free for one parent profile, with a generous set of everyday features. Pro costs €6.99 a month or €59.99 a year, adds more family members, multiple parents, and extras, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I use Kinlog on my computer?
Kinlog is an app for iPhone and Android, designed for the moments care actually happens: at the pharmacy, in the waiting room, on the sofa. There's no web version to manage.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing dramatic. Everything you've added stays yours and stays visible. You simply move back to the Starter limits for adding new things, and you can upgrade again whenever you like.
Can I get our information out of Kinlog?
Yes. Pro includes shareable PDF packs (care summary, doctor visit pack, and emergency pack), and you can request a copy of your data anytime under GDPR.
Which phones does it work on?
Kinlog runs on iPhone and Android phones. On iPhone, medication reminders can also appear as Live Activities on the lock screen.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and data from Settings inside the app, or request deletion from our website. We complete requests within 30 days.
