Request account deletion
You can delete your Kinlog account yourself in the app, or submit a formal erasure request below.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Kinlog → Settings → Delete account. This removes your access immediately.
What self-serve deletion does
- Removes your family memberships and push notification tokens
- Deactivates sign-in and bans the account
- Soft-deletes your profile (some fields may be retained in tombstoned form for abuse prevention)
Family care data may remain. Medications, appointments, documents, and other records you added to a shared family space can stay available to other invited members. That is by design so care continuity is not lost when one person leaves.
Formal erasure request
For a full erasure under applicable law (including care data and stored files), use the email address linked to your Kinlog account. We respond within 30 days.
If you were the only caregiver for a family, we may need to confirm what should happen to shared care records before deleting them.
