Request account deletion
You can request that we delete your Kinlog account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@getkinlog.com from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject line "Request account deletion" (or similar), and we will process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
What we will delete
We will delete your account, profile information, and the data you have added (parent profiles, medications, appointments, documents, tasks, and related content). Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as resolving disputes.
